Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of tribe pilates.

1.2 By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

2.1 All sessions must be booked in advance.

2.2 Cancellations must be made at least *24 hrs *before the scheduled
session. Failure to do so will result in loss of that session’s payment /
or one booking token.

Payment

3.1 Payment for sessions is due in advance.

3.2 We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash and Apple Pay.

Health and Safety

4.1 Participants must inform the instructor of any health issues or
injuries before starting a session.

4.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit
for the sessions.

Liability

5.1 Tribe pilates is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur
during or as a result of the sessions.

5.2 Participants are advised to consult with a healthcare professional
before starting any exercise program.

Studio Etiquette

6.1 Participants must arrive on time for sessions (doors will be locked at
the start of the session so please arrive5/10 minutes before the class
starts).

6.2 Proper attire, including grip socks, must be worn during sessions.

6.3 Participants must follow the instructions of the instructor at all
times.

Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the sessions and materials
provided remain the property of Tribe pilates.

7.2 Participants may not reproduce or distribute any materials without the
express consent of Tribe pilates .

Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1tribe pilates reserves the right to make changes to these terms and
conditions. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and
Wales.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and
conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to these terms and conditions.
